PT Sabre Travel Network Indonesia is looking for “IT Corporate Staff”:
Job Description:
User Operational Support
o Manage the recording of users’ complaint tickets/inquiries either by telephone or email regarding tech problems, whether from hardware (printers, scanners, computers) or software.
o Handling users’ tech problems/complaints using IT equipment at the head office promptly.
o Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc) for end-users at the company head office.
o Identify and diagnose hardware and software faults and recommend solutions.
o Create a final report of resolved user complaints for future reference to speed up the process.
IT Asset Management
o Manage inventory assets of hardware, software licenses, and IT equipment.
o Assist in the process of purchasing IT equipment in collaboration with HC/Procurement/Finance for IT infrastructure and user needs.
Basic DevOps Support
o Create and maintain web server applications and work with developers to implement necessary improvements.
Requirements:
o Min 1 – 2 years of experience as IT Technical Support or related position in reputable organizations.
o Has a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Technical Information related major.
o Knowledgeable in using Web Server (Nginx, Apache) with proven experience.
o Understand and have experience working with software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
o Familiar with IT support activities such as handling user technical problems and desktop support with service excellence.
o Proficiency in Windows 10, 11, Mac OS and Linux.
o Familiar with the cloud provider (AWS) and basic networking.
o Strong knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware , software and sharing Printers.
o Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to work together in a team.
