Rent a Training Room

Various Space Options

Starting in 2014, Saber Indonesia rents out training rooms for anyone who wants to use the training room complete with the facilities in it. We provide training rooms for rent with a capacity of 22 seats to 42 seats complete with laptops and internet access. Not only that, the room facilities also include a screen and LCD projector with a choice of rental packages from 4 hours to 8 hours.

Price Description

  1. Prices do not include tax (according to applicable tax regulations in Indonesia) and if you bring food or drinks from outside, you will be charged 50% of the price above..
  2. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  3. Prices are valid for working days, Monday – Friday. For use on Saturdays/Holidays, additional service fees will apply.

Rental Procedures

    1. Reservations for use of meeting/training rooms are made through registration by filling in a form and submitting a deposit of 25% of the rental price, no later than 2 weeks before using the room.
    2. Payment of rental fees is made no later than 2 days before using the room.
    3. Cancellation information is made 1 week before room use, and the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
    4. Tenants are not permitted to use the room before the terms and payment in full have been met.
    5. Orders for additional food and snacks must be made no later than 2 days before room use, and accompanied by payment of the costs.
    6. Matters that have not been regulated in these provisions, refer to the applicable terms and conditions.
    7. Payment can be made in cash or transfer payment to a bank account a/n: PT. Abacus Distribution Systems Indonesia.
